First and foremost I am a Christian, Wife, Mother, and a Conservative leader. I have lived in Hendersonville, Sumner County's beautiful city by the lake, for over 23 years. I am Hendersonville High School alumni and a graduate of Volunteer State Community College with an Associates Degree. I am a Certified Public Administrator through the University of Tennessee. 

 I have served the citizens of Sumner County while working in the Register's office for over 13 years and honored to have served the last 5 of those as Chief Deputy Register. 

 
In the absence of the Register, I assume full responsibility for the smooth operation of the office. This includes making executive decisions on recording inquiries, fielding phone calls for the Register, nightly bank deposit transactions and handling any emergencies that may arise.
Daily multi-tasking skills such as, Accounts Payable/Receivable which includes organizing and balancing over 20+ accounts, balancing and preparation of End of Month Reports, Vendor Communication, maintaining schedules, leave requests, and payroll.
Quality Customer Service not only for the public but also other offices in Sumner County.

I am knowledgeable of recording law, verifying documents to meet with state recording requirements and having experience recording eighty different types of legal documents according to the Tennessee Code Annotated section on recording law.

As Chief Deputy I now have the knowledge in all accounting and book keeping for our office. I am currently the only employee that is cross-trained in every aspect of the office. 

 I strive for perfection in all that I do and consider myself a dedicated employee of the Sumner County Register of Deeds.

Being a resident of Sumner County, I am profoundly interested in our residents needs and try to stay up to date on all local politics and growth of our communities.

I serve as a member of the Tennessee Registers Association. I am also a member of the Sumner County Republican Party and Sumner County Women's Republican Party.

I am involved in several community organizations including  the Hendersonville Citizens Police Academy, Civitan Club of Hendersonville as well as a member of the Hendersonville Chamber of Commerce.
